Anthony F. Altmann
Co-Founder & CEO, Intl Renewables Group, LLC
Anthony F. Altmann is a Senior Partner and Co-Founder at International Renewables Group, LLC (IRG), a company focused on service and support for renewable energy projects and energy efficiency programs across the US. He has been a successful senior level operating executive, corporate consultant and entrepreneur.
In addition to IRG, Mr. Altmann has been an active operating advisor and partner in numerous businesses applying his skills in turn-around management and early stage companies. Most recently he spearheaded the turn-around and sale of a long established environmentally friendly chemical company (Enviroline) to a major foreign industrial concern (AkzoNobel) at a significant premium to industry averages.

CJ Wilson
Central banker, commercial banker, investment banker, merchant banker, M&A advisor, CEO and venture specialist
Since 1980, CJ has been a central banker, commercial banker, investment banker, merchant banker, M&A advisor, CEO and venture specialist in Asia and US for public and private companies.
He lived in Asia for 15 years, and founded a merchant bank, Global Alliance Ltd, in 1994. With offices in New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok, and personnel in Sydney and Henley, the firm completed acquisitions, financings and dispositions for its clients, and invested directly in growth companies. Global Alliance Ltd. produced two books on valuation, one in Japanese, and assisted in the first Japan conference on socially responsible investing. In parallel, until 2001 CJ co-managed Hong Kong-based Global Ventures Management which focused on early stage high-tech investments. After retiring in 2004 to Florida, he advised two US hedge funds on funding.
Cory B. Nass
Corporate Counsel, Noesis Capital
Cory Nass is Corporate Counsel to Noesis Capital, an investment management and investment banking firm with offices in Boca Raton, FL and Fremont, CA. Mr. Nass has 20 years of experience as a corporate securities attorney. Prior to joining Noesis Capital, Mr. Nass practiced laws with White & Case in New York and Broad and Cassel in Miami. Mr. Nass received his J.D. form Washington College of Law, The American University where he served as a member of The American University Law Review.
David Burns
Investment Banking
Mr. Burns brings a unique perspective to the Firm through his extensive experience in investment banking as well as his operational and accounting background. Additionally, Mr. Burns has been a successful entrepreneur who understands the difficulties faced by company founders when they contemplate an exit from their business.
Since 2002, Mr. Burns has concentrated exclusively on providing investment banking services to the middle market. In this role he has provided financial and operational advice to numerous companies including serving as a public company CFO in such diverse industries as alternative energy and Voice over the Internet (VoIP) telephony.
Mark Patten
Principal, Crossbow Ventures
Mark is currently a Principal at Crossbow Ventures, a $175 million venture capital firm based in West Palm Beach, FL focused on early and expansion stage opportunities in the Southeast U.S. Mark originally joined Crossbow as an Analyst in 2000 and was promoted to his role as Principal in 2008. During his time with Crossbow, Mark has been directly involved with deal teams responsible for investing over $100 million of the Firm’s committed capital. Mark has spent the majority of his time working on portfolio matters as well as conducting due diligence on opportunities across a range of the Firm’s preferred industry sectors. He is currently responsible for portfolio company management, deal origination and evaluation, Limited Partner Reporting and sits on Crossbow’s four-member Investment Committee. Mark also serves as a Director of ScriptRx and InfoDesk on behalf of Crossbow.
Michael Chalhub

Michael Chalhub currently serves as Senior Vice President – Portfolio Management with Palm Beach Capital (PBC). Founded in 2001, PBC is a private equity investment firm that partners with management teams in middle market buyouts, recapitalizations and growth equity investments. PBC has over $200 million in total assets under management; and since inception, PBC’s investment returns place its Funds in the top quartile of private equity groups per Venture Economics™.Michael is an accomplished finance professional and Certified Public Accountant who spent several years providing unique fractional CFO services to mid-size privately held companies. Michael possesses experience in market trend analysis, debt restructuring, acquisitions, corporate turnarounds, attestation engagements and strategic planning.
Nick Robbins

Nicholas Robbins is a business lawyer with the law firm of Gunster, Yoakley & Stewart. Nick is a member of the firm’s Emerging Company Practice Group and Technology Practice Group.
Nick concentrates his practice in the areas of business law and planning, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing. Over his career, Nick has worked closely with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists and angel investors with the financing, building and selling of business enterprises. In his practice, Nick has represented entrepreneurs and companies in venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions throughout the US.
Scott Bouchner

Scott Bouchner focuses his practice in business valuation, litigation support services and management consulting. His experience includes providing litigation support services in such areas as lost profit and damage analysis, securities litigation, marital dissolution, employment litigation, bankruptcy, post merger/acquisition disputes, forensic accounting investigations, product liability claims, intellectual property disputes and preparation of pro-forma financial information and financial forecasts.
Mr. Bouchner also performs business valuations and conducts due diligence investigations of potential merger and acquisition candidates. In addition, he has considerable experience in strategic consulting and business advisory services.
Steven R. Sponder

Steven R. Sponder is an accomplished entrepreneur whose Business Plans have raised over $10 million from top U.S. and European Venture Capitalists.
Sponder’s first big break came when Microsoft Corporation selected his Business Plan from among thousands submitted. Microsoft joint-venture partnered with Sponder in the building of some of the web’s earliest interactive content and E-commerce tools for the launch of MSN (The Microsoft Network). Next Sponder was selected to partner with AOL Time Warner to develop vertical business information and technologies used by millions of AOL’s global subscribers.
Steven C. Jacobs

Steven C. Jacobs currently serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and director of Summit Financial Services Goup, Inc., a position he has held since February 2003. Prior to joining Summit, Mr. Jacobs served, between October 2000 and January 2003, as the Managing Partner of Tucker Ridge Financial Partners, LLC, a private investment banking and financial advisory firm serving emerging growth and middle market companies. For the ten year period prior to founding Tucker Ridge, Mr. Jacobs held several senior executive investment banking positions, including having served, between January 2000 and September 2000, as Managing Director for Union Atlantic, LLC and prior thereto, between March 1998 and December 1999, as Managing Director of Pinnacle Partners, LLC, a private investment banking and financial advisory firm that was acquired by Union Atlantic in December 1999.
